Where is this crazy intersection with double red lights? I don't think I've never seen such a thing. I guess it's to emphasize the importance of stopping?
It's where State Route 99 encounters its first (or last, depending on your direction of travel) major intersection on the north side of College Town. South of this point the roadway transitions into freeway/limited access/turnpike. So stopping is pretty important, especially for north-bound Zax who have been tooling along all care-free on the freeway and need to be jolted out of their complacency by the baleful red eyes of the stoplight.
Nicely done.
